Replacement Mount Brackets And Hardware For The Thule Mountaineer 669

Hello I have an oldie but goodie Thule Mountaineer Model 669 Rooftop Cargo carrier. the bolts and plates are rusted out. Can I purchase these separately without having to purchase the entire package of replacement parts? Thanks.
