On your 2013 Cadillac SRX Luxury AWD I recommend the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # BX1690. I don't have reservations about the Blue Ox Towbars. I recommend using the Blue Ox Avail Tow Bar - Motorhome Mount - 10,000 lbs # BX7420 which comes with the needed safety cables. I also recommend using the Blue Ox Base-Plate and Receiver Lock Kit - Qty 4 # BX88177 to secure your vehicles and the equipment.

If you prefer Roadmaster, I recommend the Roadmaster EZ4 Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # RM-523162-4 along with the Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar - Motor Home Mount - 2" Hitch - 6,000 lbs # RM-520. Then you will also want the RoadMaster 68" Single Hook, Coiled Safety Cables - 6,000 lbs # RM-643. Both these manufacturers make quality products.

For your tow bar wiring, I recommend the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267. This will give you the clean connection on the front of your SRX and the nice coiled connection between the mounted connectors. This kit gives you the ability to use your factory wiring while protecting it with the diodes. It also gives you the ability to maintenance charge your vehicle battery as you drive.

For your supplemental braking, I recommend the SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System - Proportional # SM99251. This system is easy to install and needs to be adjusted only at installation. It then becomes a plug and play braking unit that is a favorite with our installers and customers for its reliability. A braking system will also require the Roadmaster Stop Light Switch Kit # RM-751441 to ensure proper braking function.

The last thing you need is a high-low adapter. This adapter is specific to your motorhome and vehicle. I've attached an article to assist and have linked the page to all your options for your convenience.

I recommend checking your owners manual for specific requirements to safely flat tow your vehicle. I believe there is a speed requirement for this vehicle of 65 mph max.
