A pretty good indicator for whether or not a vehicle has the tow package or not is if the vehicle has a hitch installed. If your 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport does not have a hitch installed that would most likely mean you do not have the package. Another way is to check the window sticker of the vehicle that was on it when you bough it. That option will be listed there as well.
The Curt hitch part # C13152 is a confirmed fit for your 2017 Santa Fe Sport so it would be a great option. I attached an install video for this for you to check out as well.
So for trailer wiring you would then want the Curt kit part # C56184 which is a confirmed fit.
