Helpful Expert Reply:
The Yakima HoldUp 2 Bike Rack for 2" Hitches - Platform Style - Tilting # Y02443 can be used on a front mounted hitch receiver. The only thing to consider when installing your bikes on the front of your Ford F-350 is you don't want the bikes to obstruct your view and your lights and turn signals must be visible. You will also need to consider the slight air flow obstruction that a couple of bikes can cause.
