Is the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter Sold Separately from the Brake Controller
Question:
I have brake controller TK90160 in a 97 Ford E-150 van of which I am selling. I am in need of a brake controller for 2009 Lincoln Navigator and when shiooping your site, an option was TK90160.3035-P. Im assuming this is a direct plug up to the navigator with 3035-P. Do you sell just the wiring harness that would allow me to turn the TK90160 into TK90160.3035P which would allow me to remove the one from my van and easily hook up to my Navigator without taking wire to the battery? Thank you!

Expert Reply:
Yes, the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter, # 3035-P, can be purchased separately from the Tekonsha Primus IQ Brake Controller, # Tk90160.
The OEM harness on your 2009 Lincoln Navigator will be located up under the dash near the center console. There will be a 6-pin connector that mates with the one on the adapter at the end of the harness.
