How To Find Reverse Light Circuit On 1999 Lexus LX 470 For Trailer Connector
Question:
I am trying to wire a 4 to 5 pin flat adaptor on the LX. Looks like I have to tap into the reverse wire. Do you know where this is located or the best area to access it from?

The best way to find the reverse wire on your 1999 LX 470 is to use part # PTW2993. Test the wires that are going to the reverse lights. You will need to find the wire that only shows current when the backup lights are on. That will be the wire you need.
