Battery Maintainer Recommendation for Breakaway Battery for Trailer
Question:
Hello, Im looking to find a battery maintainer for my trailer break-away brake battery. I seldom use the trailer, and Im tired of having to constantly replace the battery. Is the following item suitable for a Hopkins Trailer Brake battery? CTEK MULTI US 4.3 Universal 12-Volt Battery Charger with Pulse Maintenance and Small Battery Mode Item # CTEK56864 Or are there better options to maintain a trailer break-away battery? Here is what I have on the trailer... Engager Trailer BreakAway Kit with Charger and Tester Item # 20099 Or am I better off to just replace the battery every year? Thoughts? Comments? Thanks

Maintaining the battery with the charger part # CTEK56353 would be a great option to allow you to not have to keep replacing batteries.
This will keep the battery topped off and in good shape.
