Recommended 5th Wheel and Gooseneck Trailer Hitches in a 2015 GMC 2500 with 6-1/2 Foot Bed
Question:
Is there a installation kit that will work with Gooseneck and support stranded rails. I would like to get my truck ready to go ether way. I would like to have a clean bed all installed from under bed 2015 GMC 2500HD Extcab with 6’6” box

The best way to have both a gooseneck and fifth wheel hitch in your 2015 GMC Sierra 2500 is a B&W Companion. The Companion installs using an underbed gooseneck hitch # BWGNRK1012-5W that has a turnoverball so you'll have a clear truck bed.
In addition the Companion # BWRVK3400-5W is a fifth wheel trailer hitch that fits into the gooseneck so you can tow a fifth wheel trailer. This is a sliding hitch to help with turning clearance since you have a short bed truck.
I've linked a video of the Companion for you as well.
If you want to use an adpater that gives you industry standard rails for a fifth wheel hitch you can still use the B&W gooseneck htich with the Demco Adapter # DM6140. Then you can use any fifth wheel hitch that fits industry standard rails in your truck.
Also, if you'd to add wiring to the truck's bed you can use # C56000.
