Installing the Prodigy P3 Electric Brake Controller in a 2015 Chevrolet Colorado
Question:
Does the Tekonsha Prodigy 3 need just the GM harness or is there one especially for this vehicle I should get? I have a Chevy Colorado, 2015

There isn't a custom wiring adapter to install the Prodigy P3 # 90195 into your 2015 Chevrolet Colorado, so you'll just need to hardwire the controller to the truck. The good news about your truck is that if you have a factory 7-way trailer connector the wiring is already run to the truck's cab. I've linked a video that shows the installation process for you.
If your truck didn't come with a factory 7-way at the rear, you can add one by installing # HM40975-11998. This install video is linked as well.
I recommend using a circuit tester like # PTW2993 to connect the wires by function rather than by color.
