Im wanting to install a trailer hitch on my 2015 Town and Country touring. How do I know which wiring kit to buy? Im not sure if my turn signals and brake lights are separate?

We have everything that you will need to tow a trailer with your 2015 Chrysler Town and Country.
Your vehicle has combined wires for both the brake and turn signal lights, therefore, I recommend using a trailer wiring harness like the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56331 as this will work well for as you. This is a complete plug and play kit with everything needed for installation and no required hardwiring.
For a trailer hitch receiver compatible with your vehicle, I recommend using the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 75579 as this is the highest rated Class hitch receiver we have for your vehicle in addition to not requiring a stabilizer strap for no-towing applications. This hitch receiver does not come with a 4-way mounting bracket therefore, you will want to use the Hopkins Mounting Box for 4-Way Flat Trailer Connector part # HM48755 to do so.
You will also need a ball mount, hitch ball, and hitch pin, which I have attached a link for in order to help you chose the correct one.
I have attached both review and installation videos for you.
