Trailer Hitch Recommendation for a 2007 Keystone Laredo

Question:

I have a 2007 keystone laredo 5th wheel. I would like to to install a rear hitch to tow a 12 ft us cargo utility Trailer. In the trailer I put my 83 honda goldwing 1100. Which hitch would you recommend for this application? Also where would the small tube for the sewer hose on the rv fit after this install?

Expert Reply:

For your 2007 Keystone Laredo the best hitch option is going to be Curt hitch # 13703. It is the most versatile option. It can mount to box, C-Channel, or I-beam frames and can be bolted or welded on (welding should be done by a professional welder). And it fits frame widths of 22 to 72 inches. Frame width is measured from the outside of one frame rail to the outside of the other. I have linked a video showing one of the ways the hitch can be installed.

Regarding the sewer hose tube it should not be affected. There is one specific place the hitch has to go so it can be installed in such a way as to not interfere with anything.
