Bolt Hole Pattern for Wheel Chocks on Pack'Em Wheel Tie-Down Kit

Can you tell me the distance between the center of one bolt hole to the center of the other bolt hole front to back green in the image below and left to right red below?

I went out to the warehouse to take a look at the wheel chocks included with the Pack'Em Wheel Tie-Down Kit # PK-WTD referenced in your question.
The bolt hole dimension from front to back, center to center is 4-5/8 inches. The side to side measurement is right at 5 inches. I have attached an image with these dimensions labeled for your review.
