What Are the Dimensions for Trailer Fender # HP36VR and How is it Measured

Question:

I have a damaged trailer fender and would like to replace it. It is an older trailer with a single axle and I would like to know how you measure the fender so I can get the correct one. I have 15 wheels.

The 16-Gauge Steel, Single-Axle Trailer Fender # HP36VR is 9 inches wide measured from outside edge to outside edge. It is 32 inches long from outside front edge to outside rear edge (at the bottom of the fender). And it is 15 inches tall measured from the very bottom to the very top. So if it was sitting on level ground, from the ground to the top most part of the fender would be 15 inches. This is also demonstrated in the attached video for you. He measures it at the end of the video.
