Since Valley went out of business they do not manufacture those specific base rails anymore, but luckily the Valley 5th wheel hitches fit in standard base rails.
Reese has replacement universal base rails that are compatible with your Valley 5th wheel hitch and can be found with part # RP30035. These rails are confirmed to fit your 1998 Chevrolet C/K Series 8 foot bed Pickup as well.
