Can Gorilla-Lift Tailgate Lift Assist be Used on Folding Trailer Ramp
Question:
This device would however aid in raising the folded ramp in either its folded state or when it was lifted as an extended unit? It would have to attach to the first section of the ramp which is half way down the entire length of the ramp. What do you think? Thanks By the way your site and service is GREAT! I enjoy the informational videos, very informative

The Gorilla-Lift Tailgate Lift Assist # GL1 could be used on a folding ramp. Yes, it should be attached to the first section of the ramp that is connected to the trailer. You could either fold the ramp and then lift or if your ramp allows you can use the lift assist to raise the entire ramp before folding.
