Recommended Electric Trailer Jack for 2011 Summerland Springdale 2600TBS Trailer
Question:
Im interesting in purchasing an electric tongue jack. and currently have a manual A-frame jack. I see on some products the reference to an outer tube diameter of 2-1/4 inches. Can you tell me if it his is this standard on all A-Frames? And if not, do I just measure my current outer tube diameter to determine the size? Thank you!!! PS We have a 2011 Summerland Springdale 2600TBS

The standard outer tube diameter for trailer tongue jacks is usually 2, 2-3/16, or 2-1/4 inches. I recommend just measuring the outer tube diameter on your existing manual jack to ensure that the product you choose will fit.
Based on my research, it looks like your 2011 Summerland Springdale 2600TBS trailer has a GVWR of 7,545 pounds and a tongue weight of 545 pounds.
Using these numbers, I recommend looking at the Stromberg Carlson Electric Trailer Jack - Drop Leg - A-Frame # JET-5000. This electric jack has a lift capacity of 5,000 pounds. The 5,000 pound capacity is more than enough for the trailer's tongue weight, which will result in faster operation and a longer lifespan. The outer tube on this jack measures 2-3/16 inches in diameter.
I have attached a video demonstration on this product for you to check out.
