I do have a solution for you, however the included powered taillight converter from the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56150 is not currently available as a separate item.
For a cost-effective way to replace this converter, I recommend going with the universal Curt Circuit Protected Powered Converter # C56496. You can simply cut the input wires on your existing harness and connect them to this new converter. I have attached a video demonstration on this product for you to check out.
