Hitch Mount Bike Rack and Cargo Carrier Combination

Hello, I am looking for a hitch mount cargo carrier with hitch receiver. Id like to be able to maximize the amount of cargo I carry AND attach a hitch mount bike rack to the cargo carrier. Do you know of a cargo carrier that would work for this purpose?

The best way to have a bike rack and cargo carrier is to use the Swagman Skaha 2 Plus Bike Rack with Cargo Carrier for 2 Bikes # S69SR.

This is a 2-bike platform rack that has a cargo carrier attached to it.
