How Many Wheel Chocks part # EM09162 Would be Required to Secure Car to Trailer
Question:
How many do I need to tie down my 67 chevelle in my enclosed trailer that I have e track installed and am using EM 58523 strap and idler system 2 or 4 if four do I place them on opposite ends of the vehicle?

You would only need to use one of the E-Track Wheel Chocks part # EM09162 with the Erickson E-Track Wheel Tie-Down Strap with Roller Idler and Ratchet # EM58523 that you referenced.
Only one chock would prevent the vehicle from moving. I would use at least two of the straps though just to be safe. Having them on all 4 wheels would be your best option.
