Installing Reese Universal 5th Wheel Rails

Tring to install a universal 5th wheel rails in my 2014 Chevy 1500 with a 6 1/2ft bed what are the measurements to drill the holes in the bed for the rails

For your Reese Universal Base Rails and Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches - 10 Bolt # RP30035, you will mount the rear rail first measuring from the back edge of the box not including the tail gate to the back edge of the rail and that measurement will be 25-1/8 inches. I've attached the instructions for you so you can take it from this important starting point. The instructions make more sense when you know your starting point, but let me know if you need further help.
