Will A-iPower 4,000-Watt Inverter Generator Kit # 289-SUA4000I-2 Require Jets For High Altitude?
Question:
Interested in this generator. I travel to locations that are at sea level to 8000 feet. Will I need to carry extra jets for altitude? Thanks

A-iPower 3,800-Watt Inverter Generator - Portable - Gas - 120 Volts # 289-SUA2000I-2 is a popular generator system because it has parallel output that allows you to pair each 2,000-watt generator with another for increased power output. I reached out to the manufacturer and they said customers have confirmed that they work in up to 10,000 feet without jets needed. If you will be at the 8,000 to 10,000 feet, I personally recommend you have them on hand so you aren't without power in a worst case scenario even though you most likely won't need them.
