A Class I hitch like Curt part # 11128 which fits your 1990 Suzuki Sidekick must be used with only Class I-compatible accessories. This includes items like bike racks and hitch adapters. There are some 1-1/4-inch hitch adapters that will not work in a Class I hitch, only in a Class II. But we do offer several that will, and these are shown on the linked page, including part # HT5R.
Do please note that use of any hitch adapter will cause you to lose half of your hitch's rated capacity. This means that a 200-lb-rated Class I hitch will have only a 100-lb tongue weight capacity when used with an adapter.
