For a trailer hitch on your 2016 Keystone Alpine 5th Wheel, I recommend the Curt Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13703. This adjustable hitch can mount to frame widths between 22 and 72 inches and has a maximum tongue weight of 350 pounds, although you will likely be limited by the tongue weight capacity of your trailer. This can either be bolted to the vehicle frame or welded on for a no-drill application. I recommend having a certified professional perform any welding. I have attached an installation video on this product for you to check out.
Then when choosing a bike rack, if you do not have one already, you will need to make sure it is rated for use with RVs and motorhomes. I recommend looking at the Swagman 4 Bike Rack # S64940. This RV approved rack can hold up to 4 bikes and has a weight capacity of 35 pounds per bike.
If you plan on carrying any woman's, children's or alternative frame bikes, you may need to use an adapter bar like the Swagman # 64005 to create a horizontal mounting point for level transport. I also recommend adding the etrailer.com Long Cable Lock # e98891 to secure the bikes to the rack and help deter theft.
