As long as the mounting points on the A-frame of your 2012 Keystone Outback 250RS are right at about 3 inches apart from each other, and the center hole does not have a diameter bigger than 2-1/4 inches, the etrailer.com Round A-Frame Trailer Jack, part # TJA-5000S-B, will fit perfectly, as it uses an industry standard mount.

This jack has a lift capacity of 3,000 lbs and a support, or static, capacity of 5,000 lbs so you will want to keep that in mind when loading up your Outback. You will also be able to lower the tongue of your trailer to about 8-3/8 inches and raise it about 24 inches with this jack.
