Recommended Tail Light Converter For 2016 Jeep Patriot
Question:
Will a 2016 Jeep Patriot need a trailer light converter to make brake lights work on my boat trailer?Everything else works fine,running lights,turn singles,blinkers,emergency lights .This is a new truck my trailer worked fine last year and at that time I had a different truck.I tried my ATV trailer and same thing everything good but no brake lights. Thank You

Yes. You will need a tail light converter like # 118158 to hardwire your system to function properly. If you want to use the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56333 it will come wired to convert from your factory quick connect behind each tail light and draws power from the battery to protect your system.
