No Trailer Turn Signal Or Stop Lights On Trailer When Fuses And Relays On 2015 Nissan Frontier Work
Question:
Hello Nissan Frontier Pro 2015 with the trailer wire harness installed and the harness with the two blue realys and the brown relay. No turn signal lights, no stop light. When I turn on the lights the trailer lights turn on but no stop or signal lights. Already check all fuses. No blown fuses found. Already change the two blue relays with new ones. Still no work. When first installed the wire harness it was working properly but after few days stop working.

If your relays and fuses are still good, you have a short somewhere in your wiring. I recommend first checking your ground for a clean connection that is metal on metal. I then recommend you use a circuit tester like # PTW2993 to test your wires first on the vehicle side of the connection when unplugged and then if working, on the trailer side.
If the vehicle side is not working, you will need to probe the wires searching for a short as you trace them back to their origin. If the vehicle side is working, you will need to trace the trailer wires and probe for short. Replace wire as needed.
