Can the ZCI Trailer Wiring Kit Install in Multi-Plexed Taillight Wiring
Question:
I have a 2013 GLK350, in the installation video, its shows that the blinker and brake lights are 2 seperate wires, but on my Mercedes, its the same wire, how would i go about installing wiring for the trailer?

The ZCI trailer wiring harness # 119250KIT is pretty universal and can fit several different types of taillight configurations. Sounds like you watched an install video that uses a different style than what you have.
If you check out the picture I attached you can see the different styles of lights this kit fits and how to wire it up accordingly. Your setup is going to be either the BT or the BTT setup.
