For 5th wheel rails on your 2017 Ford F-350, I recommend the Reese Quick-Install Custom Base Rails and Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP50074-58 which is a confirmed fit bracket and rail kit for your truck. These are the 43 inch long rails, so you don't need the longer rails based on your truck. We don't have just the brackets available for this model year yet outside of the kit.
If you want the longer rails, you can get the Reese Quick-Install Custom Base Rails and Outboard Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP56017-53 which is also a custom fit for your truck. These are the 48 inch rails that are easier to install due to their length.
Both rails sets will give you industry standard rails, and for a compatible hitch I recommend the Reese M5 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # RP46FR because of its dual jaws for secure king pin contact for reduced jarring and chucking.
