Expert Reply:
The Pro Series Steel Solo Cargo Carrier # PS10401-10402 can be best locked to your 2-inch hitch by using the Anti-Rattle Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock # 63232 from Let's Go Aero. This will not only lock the carrier to your hitch but also provide superior anti-rattle performance as compared to # SHP2082 thanks to the included wrench and bolt which will allow a tighter connection.
