Inside Mounting Dimensions Of Curt RV Bumper Hitch # E-100
Question:
I am interested in the Curt RV Bumper 2inch Trailer Hitch Receiver, Item number E-100. My 4x4-in trailer bumper measures 4-1/32 to 4-1/16 inches across. At least one reviewer said that this product would not fit anything over exactly 4 inches. Would this product fit my bumper? If not, what alternative would you recommend? Thanks.

I called my contact at Curt and they said the engineer drawing for the RV Bumper # E-100 is 4-1/16 inches inside width and height so it may be a tight squeeze but should fit your bumper.
This hitch has a 2-inch receiver opening and is rated for accessories like bike carriers that weigh up to 350-lbs. It is not rated for towing.
