I have a 30 foot citiation camper and when I start to unhook it from my tow vehicle, it gets stuck on the ball of the hitch, what can I do to correct this.

If it's stuck every time you try to unhook it's likely the ball is too large for the coupler. Usually the size is stamped somewhere on the coupler and the ball. If you need a smaller hitch ball I've linked our selection of 1-7/8 inch and 2 inch balls. You'll want to choose one that has the same length and diameter of shank just smaller ball diameter.
If it isn't the ball size and it is just continuously binding you can try greasing the coupler with # 58117.
