Needing a Jack to Mount to a 5 Inch Tall Frame Rail

Question:

My aluminum trailer has a 5inch tall tongue beam. Will this jack fit? If the tongue is aluminum will it bother using a galvanized jack? I would prefer no wheels but need to rotate out of the way so I caa my tailgate without hitting the top of my existing jack that mounts up through the coupler assembly.

I have a solution for you, however, the jack that you referenced will not fit a 5 inch trailer tongue.

The Fulton Bolt-Thru Swivel Marine Jack, # FXP15, will fit 3 inch x 5 inch trailer tongue and has a lift capacity of 1,500 lbs. This Fulton jack is made of galvanized steel for rust protection. In my research, I found using zinc coated steel with aluminum will cause none to very little corrosion damage in warm, humid, or marine climates.
