I do have a solution for you, however, I would not recommend the Blue Ox Bolt-On Base Plate, # BX88230. Although the this Blue Ox base plate is an universal fit and more cost efficient than the vehicle specific base plates, the labor time and cost that will be associated with installation will in the end not save you as much as you may think.

I recommend the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit, # BX1515, for your 2011 Buick LaCrosse. This base plate is custom-fit for you vehicle. The arms will remove, so they won't have to stick out of the front of your car when not flat towing.
