Roof Rack, Cargo Box and Hitch Bike Rack for 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk

Hello, I have a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk. Id like to know a good size roof box that the vehicle could fit, as well as rail options. The vehicle only has the factory side rails on the roof. Additionally, Im interested in information about 4-bike swing away hitch rack, as well as what utility trailer options are appropriate for this vehicle, to possibly tow camping gear along with bikes on a small trailer for longer trips, or heavy loads of mulch, gravel, etc. This vehicle has the factory hitch / towing installed. Cargo boxes require a roof rack to mount, so we'll start with a roof rack for your 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk that has flush factory roof siderails (what Jeep calls the E Group package).

For a sleek rack with a factory look you can consider Thule's black AeroBlade Edge system that is made up of parts # TH7602B-TH7602B and # THKIT3142. If you prefer silver bars just substitute part # TH7602-TH7602. All roof rack options are shown on the linked page.

I recommend Thule Force XT Sport Rooftop Cargo Box # TH6356B. This is among Thule's best values in rooftop boxes and it offers 11-cubic-foot volume.
