Do 15amp and 30amp Circuits have to be In Phase to Work Properly

We plugging into the 15amp and 30amp circuits, do they have to be in phase to work properly?

Since the 15 amp plug and 30 amp plug both feed into the single 50 amp plug on Power Grip RV Power Maximizer # CAM55025 you would want both the 15 and 30 amp connections to both be single phase or 3 phase, whatever it happens to be. I suspect that if the 15 and 30 amp service outlets were installed at the same time then you would be good to go but if one was added at a later date you would have to inquire with the caretaker of the camp ground. Most likely camp grounds are going to use 3 phase no matter what the amperage rating is because it is the most common type for electrical grids.
