The Trailair Flex Air Fifth Wheel Pin Box # LC328492 is a direct replacement for a Lippert 1621 pin box and is the same length from bolt holes to king pin. The shock in front may be a bit further forward but the king pin is in the same location. The Flex Air is not available in other lengths.
The sag on your 2016 Ford F-350 is likely caused by the added weight of the trailer. The best solution for this is suspension enhancement air bags like the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2703. These are confirmed to fit your F-350 whether you have 2 or 4 wheel drive.
The helper springs inflate with air to help lift the truck when the trailer is loaded and the extra weight is causing it to not ride level. You can inflate the springs to your desired air pressure (Up to 100 psi) when towing and then deflate them (Down to 5 psi) for everyday driving.
Once installed there will be two air valves to adjust the air pressure in the springs, usually located at the rear bumper of your truck. To monitor and control the air pressure from your truck cab you can additionally install the Firestone Air Command I # F2158.
I've linked install videos of both the helper springs and air compressor system on F-350s for you to take a look at.
