Wiring Adapter Needed to Install Brake Controller on 2002 Chevy Silverado
Question:
I have a 2002 chev. 1500hd that has been wired from factory for a trailer. I bought a tekonsha voyager 9030 do yall have a pigtail to go from the controller to the truck ?

We do have the pigtail you are looking for. The Tekonsha Replacement Wiring Harness, part # 3025-P will plug into the connector at the end of the wires exiting your Voyager brake controller. The other end of the pigtail plugs into the port located behind the emergency brake pedal. There is a black cover over the junction box, you will need to remove the cover, and plug the connector into the second slot from the left in the top row.

Although the video shows a different controller being installed on a later-model truck, the procedure for your install would be identical. I will provide a link to the video, as well.
