A Sidewinder can be used with most non-moving hitches in your 2016 Ford F-250 Super Duty. A Sidewinder is a great addition to any 5th wheel allowing you greater turning clearance by moving the pivot point back 22 inches.
If you need a hitch to go with your Sidewinder, I recommend the Reese 22K 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # RP30033 which comes with the wiring harness. This can be used with a custom rail kit like the Reese Quick-Install Custom Base Rails and Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP50026-58.
If you want an underbed rail kit, use # RP30126 with Reese M5 Hitch 20K # RP30921. If you have the factory rail kit, I recommend using this Reese M5 hitch as well. This will however limit you to 20,000 lbs towing.
