The U.S. Army 2 Inch Trailer Hitch Receiver Cover, # 03409210151, fits into the 2 inch receiver opening and is wedged into place using 1 of 2 supplied wire inserts. These triangle shaped inserts fit into mounting holes on the back of the hitch cover and hold it into place using tension. The instructions state that you will then need to use a hitch pin, like # PC3, to secure the cover. I recommend using trailer hitch receiver lock # e98880 to both secure the cover in the receiver and to deter theft.
