How Long to Install Fifth Wheel Base Rails and Brackets in 2014 GMC Sierra 1500

Expert Reply:
To install the Reese Universal Base Rails # RP30035 into your 2014 GMC Sierra 1500 you'll likely need a full day. The universal kits require specific measuring to get everything installed correctly.
To speed up the process the Reese Quick-Install Custom Base Rails # RP50064-58 are designed specifically for your truck and the mounting holes are already drilled. They'll take a good amount of time but it will be dramatically less than the universal brackets.
