The Curt 5th wheel hitches like # C16530-16017 are made overseas in Asia with steel from that region, but they are tested to meet US standards. Unless you are using a Sidewinder or have a Revolution pin box, I highly recommend you use a sliding 5th wheel hitch like # C16530-16020 or the B&W Companion Slider # BWRVK3370 which is made in the USA.

Reese makes an adapter for the OEM Underbed Rails # RP30156, to allow the use of standard sliding hitches with the factory puck system, which greatly expands your options. This product is made in Mexico.

The only 5th wheel hitch made in the USA if that is what you are seeking are the B&W hitches. The B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider - Dual Jaw - 18,000 lbs, # BWRVK3270, will work with your factory rail kit only when using the Reese adapter listed above.
