Can Fifth Wheel Base Rails Installation Be Drilled From Under Truck Bed
Question:
Hi tried calling says office is closed?? Anyway i have a bed liner in my 2011 f250 installing the Curt 5th wheel. My question is can i put the frame brackets on on drill from the bottom up to get my front rail in place?? Since center punching is not going to work with the liner..

When installing a fifth wheel in your F-250 truck bed you will need to cut the plastic liner away to make sure it is in the correct location and installed properly.
I have attached a link to a video that shows how a bed liner can be trimmed for base rail installation you can check out. This may be a different truck but it does give a good demonstration how the rails can be installed.
