I have a 2001 Ford Explorer Sport 2 door. My question is, Does part # 25-1925 fit this car and do they mount to the frame or to the rocker panel? Thank You

The Westin Signature Series Step Bars, # 25-1925, will fit your 2001 Ford Explorer Sport, 2 door. According to the instructions, which I have linked below, the steps do attach to the rocker panel on the vehicle (see steps 2 through 5).
