The #RP30035 install kit should work fine with your new Sierra, although I would recommend using new hardware, part # RP30439.
We do offer a custom install bracket kit for the 2010 Sierra with the 6.5 or 8 foot bed, part # RP50064. This kit includes the brackets and the hardware, and would allow you to use your existing bed rails. The advantage of using this kit is that it usually takes about half the time to complete the installation.
I will provide a link to the install instructions for the RP30035 install kit as well as for the custom brackets.
I will also link you to an install video showing the RP50064 brackets being used to install a fifth wheel hitch on a 2010 GMC Sierra. The video shows a Sierra with a different cab configuration than your truck, but the video will provide you an overview of the install that you might find helpful.
