Selecting Replacement Trailer Wheel for 1957 Airstream Trailer

I have a 1957 air stream trailer the rim has 6 holes can I use a different rim on it beside air stream rim

You can select a replacement trailer wheel for your 1957 Airstream (yes, I am envious!) using the page I linked for you. You will want to click the filters on the page to choose your size, etc.
You'll want to choose a new rim that has the required weight rating and the same bolt pattern and offset as your others. I linked an article to help you confirm your Airstream's wheel bolt pattern. A wheel's offset is how far from the wheel's center the tire tread center will be. Positive offset moves the tire center closer to the trailer while negative offset moves the tire center further away from it. This is important for proper clearance in the wheel wells.
You also want to be sure to use a tire that has the correct Load Range rating, the same type of construction (radial or bias ply) and same size as your other special trailer tires.
Given the trailer's age you may not have the original manual/specifications but fortunately since the Airstream folks are still going strong you can contact them with your trailer's VIN for help in confirming the appropriate wheels for your particular trailer.
