Will Aries Grille Guard AA1042 Fit 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee without Tow Hooks

I understand that the aries brush guard requires models of a 95 jeep grand cherokee to have the tow hooks for the brush guard to mount. My model does not have stock tow hooks. Would the brush guard fit if I purchased tow hooks and mounts?
