Is there a functional difference or just looks?

The Thule Airscreen Fairing part # TH22WV is the latest version of the Thule fairing for their roof racks. Mostly the change is for appearance but some of the mounting brackets were redesigned to be a bit more robust. If you have the older style and went with a newer one you really wouldn't notice a difference.
