5th Wheel Install Kit for a 2017 Ford F-250 4x4 Short Bed and Valley Slider 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch
Question:
I have a 2017 ford f-250 super duty diesel. I have the valley slider 5th wheel hitch and rails that I removed from my 2008 ford f-250. Is there a kit for installing the hitch in my new truck?

If the installation kit is also a Valley then you will need to replace the installation kit because Valley went out of business a few years ago. I recommend a new kit any way because brackets and rails are not meant to be mixed among different manufacturers and you would have to replace all of the hardware anyway.
For your 2017 Ford F-250 short bed I recommend Reese installation kit # RP50074-58. This is a custom kit which means you won't have to drill into the frame to install the brackets. The rails will accept your Valley hitch as well.
