Need Roadmaster Tow Bar Quick Disconnects for A 1997 Jeep Wrangler

I have a ROADMASTER Falcon 2 Tow bar. I just need the mounts that go on the vehicle 1997 Jeep Wrangler. I already have the crossbar. Thus I need the quick-disconnect car set part 222.
