Flat towing a vehicle behind a motorhome requires a number of components, all of which are detailed in the linked article on the basics of flat towing. This is a good place to start. Other helpful flat towing articles are also included for your reference. These concern two of the items required, high/low hitch adapters and braking systems.
Starting with base plates, I suggest the Roadmaster EZ5 Base Plate Kit # RM-521448-5 which features removable draw bars with the handy twist-lock feature - no pins to break or get lost. An installation video is linked for you. With this you can use their Falcon 2 tow bar # RM-520 and safety cables # RM-643.
For a wiring kit you have options in a plug-in harness like # HM56200, easy-to-install magnetic tow lights like # TL21RK and diode kits like # RM-154 which require splicing into the Jeep's wiring. All options are shown on the linked page.
For a braking system in the Jeep I recommend the Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR which offers easy installation thanks to its wireless operation. Use 12V outlet kit # RM-9332. For a high/low hitch adapter you can use the linked page to select one that lets your tow bar remain level (or at least within 3-inches of level). This is important for best performance.
